Hall waited with her until in the last furlong, came with a rush at the end, caught Delia Ostrand tiring and got up in the last stride. Delia Ostrand showed the most early speed and set a fast pace, but tired. Betmuda ran well to the stretch and tired. It was a three-horse race all the way. Sister Kate II., show, out. Wonderly messed Farmer Jim about in the first half, but the colt came fast in the stretch. Gin Spray ran well and outgamed OHagen when the pinch came. Esherson took the short route, saved ground all the way and ran to his best form. Shades of Night began slowly, but finished fast Prado showed fine early speed, but tired as if short.
