RECEIVER FOR ESSEX PARK. Little Rock, Ark., June 27. An order appointing Martin A. Elsele receiver for the, Hot Spring3 Jockey Club was entered in the United Stacs Circuit Court yesterday afternoon. The application for a receiver was made by J. B. Bespess of Cincinnati, one of the chief stockholders in the Esses Hark plant, on March 13.
