FRANK GILLS UNFIT CONDITION. Frank Gills condition when he raced for the Saratoga Cup is the subject of much harsh comment. He was not himself and lu the opinion of trainers generally should not have been sent to tlie post. It was common rumor that the colt had a severe attack of colic two days ago, but he rounded to with treatment in a way that prompted those who control him in taking a chance for the rich prize. The racing public do not take kiudly to seeing a popular favorite, as . this colt has made himself, disgraced as he was Saturday afternoon.
