PLANNING A NEW WESTERN CIRCUIT. The Nebraska Jockey Club, with a capital of 50,000, is being organized at Omaha. Neb. It will build a rac track and give u twenty days meeting in conjunction with Denver next summer. Salt Lake City is also planning a new race course and a short season of racing after Denver and Omaha. The purpose is to have a western racing circuit, taking in Colorado Springs, Ogden and other places, of about ninety or one hundred days.
