SANTA ANITA TRACK IS SHAPING. Los Angeles, Cal., October 14. Instead of the tempoiary grandstand which it was at iirst planned to erect at Arcadia, it has been decided to construct the great building at first hand as a permanent structure. Ten more, having a capacity of forty stalls each, back of the first row, already have the foundations laid, so that not later than the end of the month there will be stabling r6om for 600 horses.
