MRS. DURNELL DIVORCES "BOOTS." New York. October 2S. Charles E. Boots Dtirnell has been divorced by his wife, Airs. Beatrice L. Durnell. The decree was signed by Justice Asplnwall of the Supreme Court in New York Saturday after a trial in which Mrs. Durnell testified in her own behalf. Corroboratory testimony was given on the stand by jockev Arthur Rcdfern relating to charges made and occurring while Red-fern was in the employ of Durnell. Durnell did not put In an appearance in his own defense.
