THE CALIFORNIA FUTURITY. For foals of 1907. 0 entrance; 525 unless struck out by December 1st, 100S; 0 unless struck out by August 15th, 1009; 150 to start; ,000 added, of which ,000 to second and 00 to third; 15 per cent, of the stakes to the nominator of the winner; 10 per cent, to the nominator of the second horse and 5 per cent, to the nominator of the third horse. Winners of two sweepstakes, or one of ,000 value, to carry 4 lbs. extra; of three, or one of ,000 value, 7 lbs. extra. Non-winners of a sweepstakes allowed 3 lbs., and if such have not won four races, 1 lbs.; maidens, 9 lbs. By filing prior to December 1st, 1908, with the New California Jockey Club an accepted transfer of engagement ln this event accompanied with all forfeits to date, the original subscriber will be released from any further liability. If a mare nominated drops her foal before the 1st day of January, 1908, or if she has a dead or more lhan one foal, or Is barren, the entry of such mare is void. By filing prior to December 1st, 1909, with the New California Jockey Club an accepted transfer of the produce with its engagement in this event accompanied with all forfeits to date, the original subscriber will be released from any liability as to tlm engagement of the produce. Six Furlongs. NOTICE. The Rules of Racing adopted by1 the PACIFIC JOCKEY CLUB govern all races. Entries for any of these Stakes will be received only with the understanding, and on the agreement of the subscriber, that all claims and objections in relation to the racing shall be decided by the Racing Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. In all Selliug Stakes beaten horses are subject to claim unless otherwise in the conditions. In races for All Ages, horses shall carry weights according to their ages at the time the race is to be run.
