CONCLUSION OF THE MADRI CASE. New Orleans, La., December 2S. The judges at City Park today concluded their investigation of the alleged attempt to ring Madri, and exonerated trainer L. Peters from collusion in the affair, It being proven to their satisfaction that Peters was only used as a tool and did not know the Madri connections were under official ban. Faulkner, alias Wilson, was" warned to keep away from the track and Madri was also ordered taken off the grounds.
