NEW YEAR HANDICAP WEIGHTS. New Orleans, La., December 28. Weights for the New Year Handicap, to be run Wednesday next, were announced this afternoon. The conditions of the race calls for three-year-olds, now two-year-olds, at one mile, and the best ofthelr age racing hero are eligible to start.
