AGNEW SAYS HE WILL FIGHT AGAIN Albany N Y April 22 Senator George B Ag ¬ new today gave up the flgit to pass the antirace track betting bills at this session of the legislature I acknowledge defeat at this session he said but I will renew It at the extra session and I am satisfied that there will be an extra session I have lost another vote through the serious illness of Senator Foelker who has been obliged to go to his home In Brooklyn and will not be back at this session sessionSenator Senator Foelker Is said to be suffering from pto ¬ maine poisoning Until he voted on the antirace track betting bills his position was doubtful but he sided with the governor and voted for the bills billsThrough Through the efforts of the Rev A S Gregg a call for a mass meeting In Albany to indorse the antirace track betting bills has been signed by business and professional men The meeting wi1 be held in Harmanus Bleecker Hall In this city on Sunday afternoon at 330 oclock
