AFTER A SHARE OF FIZERS CASH. Cincinnati. O., November 7. J. R. Edmiston filed suit in the Quarterly Court in Covington yesterday against W. H. FIzer to recover 47.50. which he claims is due on a contract made by the defendant with the plaintiffs son. Edmiston says he entered Into a contract with Fizer In March. 100S. whereby the boy was apprenticed to the defendant as exercise boy. to be taught the, art or occupation of jockey. Under "the contract, plaintiff says, thc boy was to receive 5, 5 and 0 a month for the first, second and third years respectively. Thus far Fizer has only paid the boy 0 Edmiston says. Frank M. Tracy represents the plaintiff.
