The Business .Mens League of this city has throughout the past week widely advertised a special open meeting for tomorrow night, at -widen the question of the re-establlshment of racing would be discussed by not only Its membership but by every citizen or property owner. It is a conceded fact that the sentiment her has changed to an almost unanimous verdict in favor of Inviting the race-goers here to build up a fall and spring patronage at the resort. Last week Rev. W. T. Amis and soma followers held a meeting and passed resolutions against racing. Copies were sent to all the ministers of the city asking that they be submitted .for adoption to their congregations at Sunday service. The ministers refused to make this tonic a subject of discussion. It is now predicted that the anti-racing law will be amended to exempt Garland County at the nest session of tno legislature.
