ANOTHER BLOW FOR RACING. Seattle. Wash.. November 11. The Supreme Court of this state handed down a decision at Olympia yesterday holding that poolselling and bookmaking at race tracks are illegal. The decision is one that may have an important and unfavorable effect on the projected big meeting at this place next summer.
