DECISION AGAINST MRS. MCLELLAND. Lexington. Ky., November 30. In the Circuit Court today. Judge Parker handed down a decision construing the will of the late Byron McClelland to mean that his wife lias only a life interest in the noted turfmans estate and that she cannot sell or pass a good title to the realty. The case will be taken to the Court of Appeals.
