JACKSONVILLE TRACK CONDITIONS CHANGE Rain Falls and Fields Are Reduced By Withdrawals More Riders and Trainers Refused Licenses Jacksonville Fla January 21 Small fields of horses raced at Moncrcif Park this afternoon The change in the going was responsible for most of the withdrawals Wellbacked horses won all of the races and the books had another losing day dayTommy j Tommy Wright the Baltimore gentleman rider furnished the winner of the breeders purse In Profit which heat Colonel Austin a length The two vearod race went to It F Carmans Stepfather which cantered home three lengths in advance of Flora Itrvan Heavy rains which fell last night made the going slow and the track was Iieivy in spots High winds dried the track considerably this afternoon and by tomorrow the going should be fast fastA A supplementary report from the license commit ¬ tee of the Southern Jockey Club was made public today and besides Trnebel Churn and Johnson a riding license was refused to jockey McArdlc A complete list of those who were refused training licenses were Kay Spence J W Kerr J Baxter E Cook and R W Owens It was decided to grant a license to D Hammond whose application was held up a few days ago The following applications were tabled Jockeys I Uamsey W Wood H Haynes J McFadden A II Cadman Trainers 1 Tinilelle W King and John MeClernand Valet Charles Smith SmithII II Van Ujve 0 E Dudley and T Ilaifield arrived from Tampa this morning with their stables stablesOn On account of fractious acting at the post the further entrv of the mare Bertha E will be refused at Moncreif Park
