EASTERN TRACKS RECEIVING ATTENTION New York March 3 Superintendent Frank Clarke of the Shccpshead Bay course of the Coney Island Jockev Club reported yesterday that recent rains had rid his track of frost and that he would put the hairows on at once to get the course iii the best of condition for the trainers He also said that applications were coming hi for stable room Among the owners who ul ready have made application are James IJiute R F Carman Max Illrsch and Earl Linnell LinnellA A like favorable report or the track condition was made by Siiuerinteudeiit W A Gorman of Belmont Park ami there too horses are being sent along smartly At Gravosejid trainers gallop their horses more or less all through the winter and altogether the Lou Island tracks are rapidly taking on a busy air
