HANDICAP OF THE JOCKEYS. From time to time Daily Ba4ng Form will publish a table of the comparative rating of those jockeys whose skill in the saddle has already been well demonstrated and of those who nave not arrived hut give promise of coming cxceljence. The handicap will divide these riders into classifications, of which those admittedly in the front rank of their calling will be indicated by 100, thence downward t»» 75, the lowest classification, from which advancement upward will conic wlien justified by good riding. The tabulation herewith printed shows the number of mounts, wins, seconds, thirds and unplaced from January 1. 1810, and up to and including the racing of July 27 is as follows: Jockey.
