BLUE BONNETS TRACK IN GOOD SHAPE. Montreal. Que.. August .11. — The racing committee of the Montreal Jockey Club has made the allotment of stalls for the fall meeting from September lo to 17. Notices have been sent out lo horsemen advising them of their being given stabling accommodations , Every stall at the course and within convenient distance will be occupied for this meeting. Word was received here today that the first shipment of horses will be made from Saraloga Thursday. The steeplechase course has received attention and the jumps are now the widest of any on the Canadian circuit, being six tv-four feet betw een the w itigs. This w ill obviate crowding at the jumps. Tlie track is fast, as shown by the work-outs of the locally-owned horses that will start in the Kings Plata on opening day.
