SUIT OVER KINGSTON FARM LEASE LEASELexington Lexington Ky October 15 R J Baker the owner of Kingston Farm which has lieen under lease to Clarence II Mackay of New York for the past sis years has filed suit against Mr Mackay for 80000 and took an attachment on the stallion Meddler and every thoroughbred mare and weanling and all other property owned by Mr Mackay on the premisesThe premises The suit was filed by A J Botts and the papers of attachment were served on Manager diaries B Hill by Sheriff Dan W Scott The cause of the proceeding was the failure of Mr Mackay through Ills agents to come to terms with Mr Baker concern ingthe remaining four years of the lease in King ¬ ston Farm Mr Mackay x about six weeks ago in ¬ structed Hill that he had decided to send Meddler and all of his mares to France and advised him to enter into negotiations with Mr Baker with refer enee to the lease Baker wanted the full amount called for In the lease for the next four years Mr ilackay proposed compromise under which he would turn back the farm to Mr Baker but they could not get together Mr Hill was making prepa ¬ rations to ship to France the first of November
