BOLALA appeared to be favored by the going and, finishing gamely through the stretch, outstayed RATINA through" the last seventy yards. RATINA raced well Up for the entire way and finished resolutely. REQUIRAM began slowly and lost much ground by going wide, but finished well. ENArY showed high speed and, taking the lead on the last turn, outstayed INLAN for second place in the final drive. INLAN set the early pace, but was in the worst going all the way and tired. THE REACH was outpaced, but finished gamely. JACK KELLOGG ran poorly in the going. INSURANCE MAN was forced out at the start. The winner, entered for 00, was bid up to ,405 and Iw.ught in.
