LAST SALE OF THE YEAR. A ready-made sire and one of the best prospects to be found anywhere are represented in Sain and his great son. Jack Atkln. Sain, with meagre op-jiortiinity. has annually sent to the turf good performers, while Jack Atkin, one of the best race horses this country has seen in the past two decades, would seem to have a brill iaut future before him in the stud. He has nothing over a yearling as yet, but his colts show quality and conformation second to none. Sain and Jack Atkin. together with a number of excellent mares, yearlings and weanliiigs. belonging to Barney Schreiber. will be sold in the sale to be held at Lexington Tuesday and Wednesday. November 11 and 12. The sale also includes about 120 other mares, as well as a collection of yearlings and horses in training. The sale takes plat-e at Tattersalls and affords the last opportunity of the year for buyers of stallions, mares, yearlings, or horses in training. In addition to the stallions Sain and Jack Atkln, Barney Schreiber Is to offer some of his most highly prized broodmares for sale. El Salado, dam of Jack Atkin; I -a Bella, dam of Johnny Lyons and Em-Ioror William, Miss Marion, dam of AVoodlands. Tom McGrath, Joe Carey, Minnie G., Cull Holland and Sager, are among the number.
