Winner Ch. g, by Boanerges Royal Child trained by W. II. Buckner. Went to post at 1:31. At post 2 minutes. Start bad and slow. Won easily: second aud third driving. NOBLEMAN was away slowly, but gained fast after rounding into the stretch and, finishing gamely, passed CHITRA in the final sixteenth and won going away. CHITRA showed the most speed from a fast beginning aud set the pace to the last eighth, but tired in the final drive. DUNDREARY raced forwardly and held on gamely in the closing drive. TETAN closed a gap and finished well. GOLDCREST GIRL and BRICK AND MORTAR also made up ground. WHITE CROWN suffered badly from interference. ANNA KRUTER was practically left. AUNT JOSIE moved up steadily and, coining fast through the stretch, disposed of ORMULU in the final drive and won easing up. ORMULU was close up from the start aud raced into a good lead on the I last turn, then only tired slightly near the end. DORTCII set the early pace and was tiring fast in the stretch, but outstayed SOLLY. The latter seemed to stumble soon after the start and was overweighted. OTHELLO, showing the most speed, sprinted into a good lead at once and, setting a fast pace, held sway fcr the entire way to win easing up. COY raced in closest pursuit all the way and finished gamely. T. M. GREEN ran a same race and had no mishaps. RICIIWOOD closed a gap in the last quarter. SOSIUS was forced back in the first eighth and closed a good gap in the stretch. FURLONG also finished well. COLLE showed speed, but tired in the stretch. The winner was entered for ,000: no bid. LADY ERRANT, after being saved for the lirst mile and a half, moved into the lead when ca.led on a.id was on:v cantering through the last quarter. EXPECTATION was always prominent and held on fairly veil in the iinal drive. ANY PORT closed a gap and, -finishing gamely, got up in tho Jast stride for third place. RASH was kept far back for the first mi:e and a half, then moved up into prominence and finished resolutely, hut tiring. DONERAIL set a good pace, but quit in the last half mile. COY LAD also retired in tie !ast quarter after being a forward contender for about two miles. Scratched 18293 Christophine, 103. AVon handily: second and third driving HODGE, after racing in closest pursuit from the start, moved up steadily in the stretch and, passing LEO SKOLNY in the final drive, won going away. LEO SKOLNY showed high speed and set a great pace, but was tiring ranldly in the final eighth. SHORT GRASS was badly hampered at the start by CASUARINA and dropped far back in the first half, then closed a big gap in the last quarter and was running fastest of all at the end. CASUARINA acted badly at the post and tired in the stretch. PRINCE HERMIS quit in the last quarter. FLORIN lost much ground by coming wide on the last turn, but finished fast and gamely. ROBERT KAY had no mishaps and ran a good race. JOE DEIBOLD was interfered with considerably on the stretch turn.
