Jockey .1. Class was denied a rehearing. The application for a license made liv jockey .1. Marys, barred at Jaarea for the unsatisfactory riding of Bain out, was denied. The ruling of the Havana stewards suspending , Jockey Harrington until April 0 was sustained. Trainer r. c. Beams application for a trainers license was denied ami the applications of F.
