HIGHLY TOUTED SILVEY SHAPIRO WINS. Mare Runs an Excellent Race Under Good Handling — Jockey Byrne Indefinitely Suspended. Tijuana. Hex., January 12. — Silvey Bhapira, the mare that was so heavily hacked wheat last out. showed what she could do with a competent rider on her hack, when with OBrien up she beat a fast ban, of sprinters today.
