FILLY WINNER OF THE ITALIAN DERBY. I see from Paris Sport that the Derby Reale has been won by apt. Frederico Tesios filly Giampietriiia. which was ridden by the Italian jockey. F. Regoli. Giampietrina. which was bred by her owner, is the ninth filly which has won the Derby since it was established in 1SS4. She U by Signorino, which carried the colors of hifl breeder. Chevalier Ginistrclli. into third place toQ Cicero and Jardy for the Epsom Derby. Giottina, the dam of Giampietrina. is a mare by Galeazzo — Jenny Hampton, so that the latest Derby heroine is English in blood at all points.
