PLANS FOR MEETING AT BUFFALO. Buffalo, N. Y., July 21. Charles Murray went to Windsor this morning to secure the services of Joseph McLennan for a five day meeting, to bo given at the Hamburg Fair Grounds, beginning the second week in August. It is announced that purses of 00 and 50 will be given. There arc stabling accommodations for over 400 horses. William Snyder will do the starting and 0. J. Fitz Gerald will be asked to officiate as presiding judge. i
