THOBNCLIFFE PARK A BEAUTY SPOT. The Thorncliffe Park course has an ideal location. It Is practically surrounded by beautiful shade trees. The stabling is good. The: grandstand, which cost ,000, and the other buildings are of the substantial kind. The mutuel pavilion is situated directly behind the stand, and is tlie full length of tlie big structure. The judges stand is built of brick like the grandstand, as is also tlie timers stand. The track is located close to the Canadian Pacific railroad, but as tlie government will not permit the running of special trains during the war, it cnn be reached only. ;by motor, twenty minutes from tlie heart of Toronto.
