SARATOGA MECCA OF ALL TURFMEN. Stabling Accommodations Already at a Premium Turfmen from All Sections Represented. New York, July 20. With the Empire City Racing Associations successful meeting at Yonkers about to end, the eyes of the turf world are now being turned toward Saratoga, where racing will lMgin on Wednesday next, to continue throughout the month of August. As a natural result of the absence of racing in any other section of America, Saratoga will this season be the Mecca for devotees of the turf from far and near as It never was bo-fore. The outlook is for a truly brilliant and extraordinarily successful season of the sport at this queen of American watering resorts. The Saratoga Association for the Improvement of the Breed of Horses has risen to the occasion with a program that should be productive of tlm highest form of thoroughbred sport and the wider latitude that recent court decisions have made possible in the way of speculation will play its part in the success of the season. Naturally with no racing elsewhere, the management of the Saratoga Association has been flooded with demands for stabling accomodations. It has been found impossible to provide for all owners of racing stables who were desirous of participating in the meeting and the officials of the course, in allotting the stabling space at their dis-lwsal, have given preference to those who have made it a practice to race at Saratoga year after year. With the requirements of this class of owners taken care of, the remaining space has been assigned to representative stables that ordinarily have raced elsewhere during August. Saratoga has long been the battle ground for a clash between representative stables of the cast and the west. This year will be no exception to the general rule In this respect and the lutersec-llonal rivalry will bo further intensified by the introduction of a third factor the presence of the most formidable of the stables that have been following the Canadian circuit, which will tend to give the Saratoga meeting an even more representative character than it has hitherto enjoyed. Racing Secretary A. McL. Earlocker has just made the following announcement of the stall assignments for the meeting: Owner. No. Horses. Stable No. Albright, E. J 0 Aste. A. Ij. 15 43 Althouse, W.
