NO RULING AGAINST G. A. ALEXANDRA In answer to the question regarding a ruling alleged to have been made against G A. Alexandra at Tijuana last year, the following announcement published in Daily Racing Form of June 12, made at the Devonshire track, Windsor, by presiding steward Martin Nathanson, is self explanatory: "The entries of G. A. Alexandra were, ordered refused at the recent Dorval meeting .because of a ruling alleged to have been issued by the Tijuana Association. The stewards at Devonshire Park hold telegrams from W. P. Fratier, secretary of the Canadian Racing Associations, from J. W. CofT-roth, president, and judge 0. II. Pettingill, presiding steward at Tijuana, that neither the Canadian Racing Associations nor the Tijuana Association has any ruling against Alexandra. His entries, therefore, will be accepted at Devonshire Park."
