v LIEUT. COCHRAN RETURNS FROM FRANCE NEW YORK. N. , January 29. Lieut. Gifford A. Cochran returned from France yesterday and will shortly visit his Mount Kisco farm, where he has a number of brood mares, foals and the stallion His Majesty. James W. McClelland, who is visiting in New York, says he may start both Eternal and The Wanderer in the Kentucky Derby. Hereafter all the horses of the Meadow Brook Farm will run in the name of their owner, J. J. Hallenbeck, a son of the late II. C. Uallenbeck.
