EMPIRE CITY STALLS AT A PREMIUM NEW YORK. N. Y., June 30. V. Schaumberg, racing secretary of the Empire City Racing Association, made an appeal to the horsemen to bring only such of their charges to the Yonkers course as will be able to race there. This request is made necessary by the disclosure that applications for stable reservations outnumber the supply of stalls by about 100. d
