FRENCH RACING LAWSUIT PARIS, France, June 21. The Heros XII. incident is by no means finished. Thibault, the jockey, has begun a lawsuit against MM. Cuulon and Boi-lack, the owners of the horse, for libel published in a letter to Ijc Jockey, Auteuil-Longchamp, and other papers, reflecting upon that jockeys rid ing in the Prix Lord Loris, run before the Auteuil Grand Steeplechase, in which Heros XII. ran out of the course with Parfrement. The famous jumper was badly beaten in the Prix: Lord Loris. Thibault claims ."40,000 damages. Robert Bernstein, the well-known sporting lawyer, lias the case in haut!
