J. K. L ROSS SAILS FOR ENGLAND OTTAWA. Ont., September 14. Commander J. K. L. Ross, who is racing the largest stable at Con-naught Park, sailed from Montreal for London yesterday, whero he was called to look after some of his business interests in England. The report that Commander Ross contemplated racing a string on the other side next year is without foundation. His horses will be shipped from Kenilworth to Laurel and at the conclusion of the Pimlico meeting will go into winter quarters at the B.oss. farm at Laurel.
