i OVER 1,225 NOMINATIONS Fine Array of Entries for Empire City Stakes — Rancocas Stable Leads. NEW YORK. N. Y.. April 7.— The Empire City Racing Association has received a fine array of entries to its sixteen stakes, which closed March 20 aud which are to be run during the summer meeting at Yonkers July 8 to 29. Over l,22u entries have been received from 106 different nominators. Among the new owners and nominators who have made entries may be mentioned Mrs. M. S. Allen aud James B. Smith of California; J. C. McKay and Nevada Stock Farm of Nevada; Mrs. E. B. Caaaatt of Philadelphia: J. L. Brown of Kentucky; H. J. Bartle of Troy; D. A. Capdau of New Orleans; Mrs. J. L. Holland and Samuel H. Harris of New York; Mrs. M. Koehler and Gustave Konigswald of Brooklyn, as well as the Diamond. Fernbrook, Goode-stone. New York. Orleans and Rosemont stables. The Rancocas Stable heads the list with the largest number of entries, namely. 113. followed by James Butler with 109; Greentree Stable, seventy-nine; II. P.
