CHINNS ENGLISH PURCHASES LEXINGTON, Ky., December 11. Phil T. Chinn, before sailing for home, cabled from London that he had purchased twenty-eight thoroughbreds at the Newmarket sales, they being fifteen weanlings, eight two-year-olds and five mares in foal. They are to sail from England December 13 and are coming to Himyar Stud.
