KENTUCKYS NEWEST TRACK Stockholders of Tri-State Fair and Racing Association Elect Officers for Raceland. LEXINGTON, Ky., Jan. S. The annual meeting of stockholders of the Tri-State Fair and Racing Association, owners of Raceland, the new race course in Greenup County, near Ashland, was held here today. Charles IT. Berryman, John S. Barbe?, Thomas B. Cromwell, J. O. Keene, G. II. Keene, A. C. Lowry, R. L. Northcutt and Ben Williamson were elected directors. The following officers were then elected: Charles H. Berryman, president; A. C. Lowry and Ben Williamson, vice-presidents; J. O. Keene, general manager; John S. Barbee. treasurer, Thomas B. Cromwell, secretary and assistant treasurer. The affairs of the company were shown to be in excellent condition and it was announced that the new track would be opened on such dates as may be allotted by the State Racing Commission.
