NOSE DIVE followed DOLLY SETH closely in the early running and forced CHEROKEE LEE and BRILLIANT very wide on the stretch turn, then outstayed the former in a driving finish. CHEROKEE LEE was probably best, but had a rough race, being shut off in the early running and forced wide on the stretch turn. POLVO saved ground on the stretch turn and finished well. BRILLIANT was in close quarters for half the way and could not show his best form. ALL OYER was shut off after passing the half-mile post. DOLLY SETH set a fast pace and tired badly under her weight.
