NO HUNTINGTON MEETING HUNTINGTON*. W. Va.. April 4.— Conditions were unfavorable during the winter to erect a new grandstand to replace the structure burned at the Tri-State Fair .rounds here last summer. As a result no meeting will be given this spring. This is an official announcement from Wm. E. Deegans. president of the West Virginia Jockey Club anil principal owner of the course.
