HALE HAS BAD NIGHT COLLINSVILLE. HI., June 15. The condition of jockey L. Hale, who suffered severe injuries in the fall of his mount in the first race of yesterdays card, was not improved, according to Dr. John Siegel, track physician, in a statement today. Dr. Siegel said that young Hale had spent a restless night in St. Marys Hospital, East St Louis, where he was taken immediately after the accident. His condition, Dr. Siegel said, though serious, is not critical.
