LATONlA TURF NOTES j LATONIA, Ky., June 15. Acting for L. S. Thompson, Mose Goldblatt this morning, sold the promising two-year-old Turn On to Otto Torrell. The sale was private. Jack McAuliffe returned from a visit with his brother, jockey Danny McAuliffe, at New York, and reports that trainer J. Fitzsim-mons is considering sending the Belair Studs fine filly Flambino West for the Latonia Derby and Latonia Oaks. Flambino finished third to Chance Shot in the Belmont Stakes last Saturday and is a daughter of Wrack Flambette, the latter winner of the Latonia Oaks of 1921, in which she defeated Bit o White, Aphiea Dear and others.
