v BLACK GOLD TO RETURN COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 23. Hanley Webb, who trained Black Gold for his triumphs in the Kentucky Derby, Louisiana Derby and other stakes, announced today that he intended to put the son of Black Toney in training again at the conclusion of the present meeting. Black Gold has been doing stud duty at Jack Howards farm, near Lexington, for the past two years. Webb has Beggar Boy, Black Golds full brother, racing here. They are owned by Mrs. R. M. Hoots, wealthy Oklahoma Indian.
