Won driving: second and third the same. MIST began well, raced close up from t lie start and. coming gamely through the stretch, got up to win in the last strides. RHUBARB began fast and, racing into a good lead at once, held it well, but tired right at the end. TWO DANS, coming gamely and steadily in the stretch, was going fastest of all at the end. SUN FRIAR was away in a tangle and far back for the first quarter, then closed an immense gap. FAIR GOLD tired in the last sixteenth. SINON had no mishaps. DOCTOR RANKIN gave way in the stretch. Start good and slow. Won handily: second and third driving. BRUNSWICK raced into the lead at once and, holding sway for the entire race, won unCer restraint. WILDRAKE raced close up all the way and finished gamely. COLONEL SCHOOLER came with a rush through the stretch after racing wide and would have been second in another stride. MYRTLE BELLE saved much ground on the turns, but tired in the last few strides. MONDAY MORNING raced well, but tired in the last sixteenth. PONJOLA quit badly. DON DIEGO rushed into a clear lead at once and set a great pace, but began tiring in the last eighth. IDA ODAY was taken back repeatedly and came fast when ridden hard. DARK PHANTOM was taken back in the first eighth and -was far back for a half mile and closed up some ground in the stretch.
