8 "CURLY" BROWN AT LATONIA LATONIA, Ky., June 25. H. D. "Curley Brown and Frank J. Bruen were Friday arrivals from Chicago to witness the Latonia Derby. It was their first visit to the Covington course since the last International Race, in which Sarazen defeated Epinard, the gallant French invader. Mr. Brown advised horsemen of the rapid progress in the construction in his new Arlington Park track near Chicago. He said that a force of 500 men will be at work on the grounds next week, putting into place foundations, steel and doing other building and that advancement of the construction is i expected to proceed without the slightest in- terruption in view of the presence of practi-jcally all of the required material on the Igrounds. Messrs. Brown and Bruen will return to Chicago Sunday.
