W. H. SHELLEYS SISTER DEAD LATONIA, Ky.. Juno 2D. Judge W. H. Shelley, prominent racing official and racing secretary of the Kentucky Jockey Club, this morning was advised, of the death of his. sister, Mrs. Kate Newman, after, a lingering illness at her Louisville, home. Judge Shelley proceeded to Louisville tonight and, following burial services, will go direct to Lincoln Fields. He had arranged to go to the Crete track tonight.
