WINS IRISH GRAND NATIONAL The Irish Grand National Steeplechase, at three and one-half miles, which is run annually at the Ward Hunt meeting at Fairy-house, was won this year by Don Sancho, a chestnut horse by Succoth — Woodbine. He was ridden by T. B. Cullinan and carried 1G0 pounds. Don Sancho was purchased a year ago by Mr. V. H. Smith, an American, as a likely Liverpool Grand National winner, but having fallen on English courses he was not considered a sufficiently finished jumper to compete at Liverpool this year.
