The Central States Newsdealers Group Weekly Bulletin is published for the purpose of acquainting member dealers and their customers with the quality turf information for which these newsstands are the distribution agents. There are so many different daily sheets on the market that no one newsdealer is able to gauge their value accurately and select the best for sale to his customers. The members of the Central States Newsdealers Group, for this reason, appointed a committee to investigate and pass upon all such sheets before placing them on sale at their stands. This committee has investigated the claims of Clocker Leslie Blair with great thoroughness. The report, submitted by the committee to the Central States Newsdealers Group, reads in part as follows: "Your committee interviewed several private clients of Clocker Leslie Blair and found that all were enthusiastic over the advice offered by this expert. He has been clocking horses for more than twenty years and has always enjoyed a reputation for honesty, astuteness and consistency. His sheet will be a notable i addition to the information services now handled through newsstand distribution. Your committee recommends Clocker Leslie Blairs sheet for sale on member stands."
