COURT ORDERS AUCTION SALE LEXINGTON, Ky., May 26.— Under an order of court given here today in the case of W. E. Caskey, Jr., vs. Mrs. J. H. Byrd, owner of the Shoestring Stable, the filly Runaway Trincess and the yearling chestnut colt by Omar Khayyam — Loriotte are to be sold in the paddock at Churchill Downs next Wednesday, Decoration Day, at 1 oclock. Runaway Princess now is in the stable of J. M. Goode at Douglas Park. The yearling is here and will be sent over in a van. The sale is to be conducted by R. J. Colbert, master commissioner.
