Henry was in receipt of a number of stake blanks for the summer meeting of the Tri-State Fair and Racing Association, at Raceland, Ky., and these were distributed among the horsemen here. J. J. Russell purchased the contract on jockey W. Fisher, an apprentice, from G. II. Neat.
