TRAINER GOES TO COURT NEW YORK. N. Y., June 20.— After resigning as trainer of the Saraspa Stables, Thomas It. Queen instituted court actions against William Armstrong, Jack Smith and John April, who, according to the papers in the case, are the owners of the turf establishment. As a preliminary move Queen sued out a writ of attachment on the thoroughbreds and they were sized by the sheriff of Queens County. The horses are Spanish Gold, Cor- porate II., Volante, Haywood, Joe Marrono HI., Half Pint, Parting Ways, Blue Fire and Washakie.
