CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL RACE NEW YORK, N. Y., May 23. Conditions for the special race at Belmont Park on Memorial Day, in which C. V. Whitneys champion four-year-old filly, Top Flight, will meet Sylvester W. Labrots five-year-od race mare, Tred Avon, were finally decided upon today. The conditions read, for mares, four-year-olds and over. By subscription of 00 each, one-half forfeit all to the winner. The Westchester Racing Association to add ,000. C. V. Whitney to donate a gold cup, value ,000. Weight 114 pounds, one mile and a sixteenth. Entries close May 27.
